Google will be shutting down Google+ for consumers on 2 April 2019. No other Google products (such as Gmail, Google Photos or Google Drive) will be included in or affected by the consumer Google+ shutdown.
You can download an archive of all your Google+ data, including your Google+ circles, communities, streams and +1s. Your Google+ archive includes your photos and videos from Google+.
Google states that the downloading of your Google+ content could take time and they recommend that you get started as soon as possible but certainly before 31 March 2019.
